Terms and Conditions for Training
- All workshops, courses, training will be invoiced upon confirmation / reservation.
- Payment expected prior or on the day of the event .
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of any training provision made by the client more than 24 hours before the event will not be charged.
- Cancellation of any training provision made by the client with less than 24 hours notice will be charged.
- Interest will be charged for late payments in accordance with EU regulations.
Terms of Association
Associates who offer their products or services to clients through JSC training do so for an agreed fee and subject to the following terms:
- Associates offer their services as fully qualified and self-employed practitioners who accept
their own responsibility for their own professional liability.
- JSC Training acts as an agent for Associates and will pay the agreed fee for each contract upon receipt of an invoice from the associate and following payment by the client.
- Associates should not enter into discussions about fees with prospective clients unless this
has been discussed and agreed with JSC Training
- An associate, who, for any reason is unable to meet agreed commitment must inform JSC Training who will deal directly with the client. This course of action must always be followed
unless an alternative has previously been discussed and agreed.
- Associates may not approach a client introduced to them by JSC training directly on any matter including seeking further work unless such a course of action has been previously discussed and agreed with JSC training
- Associates will fax attendance registers to JSC Training within 24 hours of training.
- If you accept an assignment with JSC Training you are deemed to have accepted it subject
to the above terms.
- Associates will be responsible for their own Indemnity Insurance, Income Tax and National Insurance as appropriate.
