We have a number of associates working with us. Some associates offer administrative support others are trainers. We select our associates on the basis of specialist knowledge and skills, to meet the needs of our customer base, and philosophy. Qualifications expected must include professional qualifications and teaching and assessing awards. JSC operates a quality monitoring and review system for all associates. This includes an annual performance review by one of the Directors. Continuing professional development and training opportunities are provided as part of our appraisal strategy.
